HOW TO ORDER & PAY?
When you find an item you wish to purchase, please click ‘Add to bag’. You can continue shopping and add more items to your bag, or you can proceed to checkout.
Our checkout process is quick and straightforward. You can either create an account or proceed using our guest checkout. No matter how many items you have in your shopping bag, you only need to checkout once. We ship worldwide via DHL EXPRESS. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledgement before we initiate our validation process. Your order will then be shipped directly to you and will require signature upon receipt.
Please note: When opting for guest checkout remember to refer to your emails for further details about your order.
WHEN WILL MY CARD BE CHARGED?
If you pay by debit card or PayPal, DARIARTÉ will take payment at the point your order is placed on our site. If you pay by credit card, full payment is usually taken once your order is ready for shipping, though your bank or card issuer may reserve the order amount in your account immediately.

HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY TO MY COUNTRY?
At DARIARTÉ we want you to enjoy art and not to worry about the delivery fees, so the shipping is free to your door wherever you are. Please note that we operate on the DDU (delivery duty unpaid) delivery terms, which means that you need to pay for any additional import fees of your country. The DHL EXPRESS will contact you directly to choose the most convenient way to pay any extras.
HOW CAN I CANCEL AND RETURN THE ORDER?
We want you to be happy and relaxed about artworks that you buy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the artwork - please send us an email to art@dariarte,com. Then all you need to do is to contact DHL EXPRESS to arrange the pickup of the item for free. The shipping must be arranged immediately after return notification email.
Please note that you can choose to cancel or return your order within 14 days from the delivery date.
Shipping is complimentary, but please make sure your items are returned in good condition and meet our Return Policy. It is your responsibility to secure the packaging of the item for shipping. We recommend that you use the original packaging.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Please contact us via email email@example.com if you have any further questions.
WHEN WILL I HAVE MY MONEY BACK IF I RETURN THE ORDER?
Once your return has been received and confirmed to be in good condition, your refund will be completed via the original payment method. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way. You can follow the return of your package with our carrier using the tracking number provided by DHL EXPRESS.
If you choose, we can issue your refund as DARIARTÉ credit; the amount will effortlessly apply at checkout the next time you shop with us.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will arrange a return and process a full refund for the defective item.
